Yoga Class in Washoe Valley!

  145 Esmeralda Dr., Washoe Valley (one block off EastLake Blvd. near 7-11).  

Taught by yoga-certified instructor with 30 years of yoga practice.

Free introductory class on Friday, Jan. 11, 2008, 6:00pm to 7:00pm. 

Regular class starts on Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Cost: $8 per class or $30 for 4 classes. 

To join the class, wear loose fitting or workout clothes, bring a yoga mat or big towel, and come with fairly empty stomach.
